Mini-concert tickets and joining a show

A mini concert is an online show a channel runs on a scheduled date. Hosts appear on video and the audience buys a seat ticket to get in. Two things are on sale — seats and stage time — and both are paid for with points.

Audience cameras are never used. Your microphone is only on while you test your devices in the lobby and while a host calls you up to speak.

• Tickets are sold only while the show is on sale, and sales stop once the start time passes
• Seat numbers are assigned in the order tickets are bought
• A mic pass requires a seat ticket first, and you pick either the 1-minute or the 3-minute one
• When nothing is left the ticket is marked sold out and no more are sold

Points leave your balance the moment you buy. You cannot cancel or refund a ticket yourself.

1. 1The lobby opens however long before the show the organizer set. Open the seat ticket in your ticket list to enter the lobby.
2. 2Test your speakers in the lobby. If you hold a mic pass you also have to test your microphone before moving on.
3. 3Press the check-in button to finish preparing. When a host starts the show, the same screen turns into the show room.
4. 4In the show room you watch the host video and can send clap, laugh, heart and wow reactions or raise your hand.

With a mic pass you can join the mic queue during the show. Accept when a host calls you, and your turn ends automatically once the time printed on your pass runs out. If you do not accept in time your turn passes, but you can join the queue again — and a host can end a turn early.

Seat ticket holders are notified the day before, shortly before the start, when the lobby opens, when the show starts, and when the schedule changes.

• If the organizer cancels the show, every paid ticket is refunded
• When the show is settled after it ends, mic passes that were not spent on a turn are refunded automatically
• Operations can refund a problem ticket, but only before settlement has started

A seat ticket is not refunded just because you did not attend. A mic pass counts as spent — and stops being refundable — only once you have used up your speaking time or a host has marked your turn complete.

A refund returns the points you paid and puts the ticket back on sale. You also get a notification when the refund goes through.

1. 1Open the sale setup on the mini-concert entry in the channel's schedule. Only the channel owner sees it, it cannot be created on a repeating schedule, and for a group schedule the group leader's channel opens it while the members are invited as hosts.
2. 2Set the number of seats, how long before the show the lobby opens, and the prices of the seat ticket and the mic passes, then start selling.
3. 3At show time, preview your camera and microphone in the console and mark yourself ready. The show can only start once every required host is ready.
4. 4During the show the console is where you call the mic queue, mute or finish a speaker, watch raised hands, and remove an audience member. You can pause and resume the show.
5. 5After you end the show, run settlement from the console.

Settlement takes the total points from the tickets left after refunds, subtracts the platform fee first, and splits what is left evenly between the hosts who actually went on video. The fee rate that was applied and each host's payout are shown in the console's refund and settlement panel. Settlement runs once, after the show has ended, and no ticket for that show can be refunded once it has started.

Canceling a show cannot be undone and refunds every ticket sold. Cancelation is only possible before the show starts — a running or finished show cannot be canceled.

A removed audience member cannot return to that show, and a turn to speak that is queued or already running is cut off. Their seat ticket is not refunded, so check the report first.
